All orders placed online are custom orders. Custom made items are not able to be returned, exchanged or refunded. All custom order sales are final. If there you experience a problem with your order we will do our best to fix it!


We accept many forms of payment including; cash, checks, ACH Transfers, all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

  • All orders under the amount of $3,000 prepayment

  • Orders over $3,000 require a minimum of 50% deposit and balance due upon completion.

  • All Rush Orders require prepayment

Turn around and lead times

Our typical turnaround time is 10 Business Days. Some orders with add-on services or specialty orders may take longer. Turnaround time begins when your invoice has been paid in full and artwork approvals have been approved. One Vision Designs will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, backorders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside of our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the problem and work with you to reach a solution.

  • 5 Day Rush +25%

  • 3 Day Rush +45%

  • 1 Day/Overnight Rush +65%


There is no way to efficiently measure a distance for print placements. For example, If you request a shirt that has the design 2″ down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However, all shirts will not hit exactly 2″. They may be off as much as an inch in any direction. This will not be considered a misprint and we will not reprint or refund these garments. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for reprint. If no placement is requested we will use our opinion and standard specs to place the design.

Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers may provide their own artwork as long as it is in Vector Format/Print Ready. If you are providing your own artwork, please keep in mind that slight color variations may occur during the printing process. We cannot guarantee the final print color with customer-provided artwork UNLESS specific PANTONE Colors are specified in the preproduction approval process. One Vision Designs is not responsible for color shift during the printing process unless specific Pantone Color values were given during the approval process.

Customer-Provided GARMENTS

Customers may provide their own garments as long as they are unwashed/treated with any fabric softeners/additives. Check with a team member if your garments are able to be printed or embroidered. If you are providing your own garments, please keep in mind that slight color variations may occur during the printing process depending on the type of garment, we can not guarantee that your garments are treated for dye blockers, ink additives, etc. Provide garments at your own risk, One Vision Designs LLC Is not responsible for damages/misprints to customer provided garments. One Vision Designs will not replace damaged garments provided by the customer. We guarantee all garments sourced through our company, we can not guarantee the outcome of customer provided garments.


One Vision Designs is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). We try our best to inspect the garments as we print them, but we can not guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments so we cannot ensure their construction/quality consistency. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important.


Due to the nature of customized apparel and promotional items, it is very common for a piece or two to be missing from your order. Shirts can get damaged during the customization process or we may get shorted by the vendor. In order to keep prices down, we cannot order extra shirts. One Vision Designs will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 10% per design.(Spoilage must be more than 10% per design for reprint) Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered in full. Keep in mind, we are still human!


Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees. Any pre-payments will be forfeited if any work has begun. Depending on the situation we may issue a partial refund minus expenses One Vision Designs has accrued for work performed. If production has already begun we cannot cancel your order.
